RaSpect is an AI-powered predictive inspection company for architecture. Our mission is to create a safer and smarter society via state-of-the-art technology, including robotics, AI and IoT. We are developing a "brain" of inspection for engineers, architects, and surveyors around the world, committed to improving the safety of buildings and infrastructures, preventing losses, from economic to human lives. We leverage a wide range of data, including satellite data for macroscopic inspection, IoT sensors for building structure as well as robots and drones for autonomous inspections. Comprehensive analysis of data empowers us to assess potential risks of architectures and offers predictive analysis oftheir damage effectively. With a much higher accuracy, our solution is also 50% more cost-and-time-effective than traditional methods.  

  

Who we are looking for?  

- MSc / BSc in Geographical Information Science or a related discipline 

- Experience with general programming in Matlab, Python or relevant technologies 

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up is a plus 

- Strong understanding of the development cycle and programming principles  

- Keen to be a problem solver and a learner with agile development related tools  

- Adept at the use of computers running under the various operating systems 

- Knowledge in IT programming, in-depth knowledge of the different computer languages and wireless networks 

- Strong communication and language skills 

- Excellent project and time management 

  

What to do?  

- Create, maintain and develop GIS programs/software that meet the needs and requirements of clients  

- Design prototype applications, provide unit structures and help the application development team or clients in the plans  

- Gather user requirements and perform basic analysis 

- Prepare technical documents such as Functional Specifications, API specification, Test Plan, and/or Operation Manual. 

- Work closely with computer analysts and engineers for creating and developing software solutions. 

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated deliverables of GIS module to main system
