Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in all around support
- Prepare routine reports for sales team & management
- Handle client’s enquires and sales services
- Handle various E-marketing platforms & website management & updating
- Handle Sales related documentation and assist to sales activities, exhibition events
- Maintain and ensure customer’s database is updated
- Issuing contracts, quotations and invoices
- Other Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2 years working experience in sales coordination / order processing / customer service / clerical duties in any field
- Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to learn and can work under pressure
- Pleasant, initiative, detail-minded, hardworking
