Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in all around support
  • Prepare routine reports for sales team & management
  • Handle client’s enquires and sales services
  • Handle various E-marketing platforms & website management & updating
  • Handle Sales related documentation and assist to sales activities, exhibition events 
  • Maintain and ensure customer’s database is updated
  • Issuing contracts, quotations and invoices
  • Other Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years working experience in sales coordination / order processing / customer service / clerical duties in any field
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to learn and can work under pressure
  • Pleasant, initiative, detail-minded, hardworking
