Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre), Contract Based until 31/12/2021
Wong Tai Sin Area
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Salary: 15-16K
Responsibilities:
- Taking messages for Inbound calls
- Handle Inbound & Outbound calls after training (e.g. Insurance queries, Claims, Charge, New applications, Products)
- Report problems, potential crisis & complaint to supervisor for service improvement
- General Admin/ Clerical support
Requirements:
- Asso Degree/ Higher Diploma or above with general Customer Service/ Admin. exp.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills & client service orientation
- Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- MS Office
