Call Centre Specialist (part time)

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming call, Whatsapp, Wechat, Facebook messages, website livetalks messages related to appointment booking, general inquiry and emergency cases

2. Ensure accurate data entry in the electronic health record and maintain patient privacy and security

3. Perform ad hoc duties as required

Working hour and offer:

1. Working hour: 7pm – 12am daily (3 – 4 shifts per week)

2. Hourly pay: $120/ hour

Requirements

1. HKCEE/HKDSE or above

2. At least 1 year of call centre or direct customer enquiry handling experience

3. Excellent telephone manner with good listening and verbal skill

4. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

5. Good PC skills e.g. MS Excel, Word and Chinese typing

6. On-the-job training will be provided
