We leverage a wide range ofdata, including satellite data for macroscopic inspection, IoT sensors forbuilding structure as well as robots and drones for autonomous inspections.Comprehensive analysis of data allows us to assess potential risks ofarchitectures and produce the predictive analysis of their damage effectively.With a much higher accuracy, our solution is also 50% morecost-and-time-effective than traditional methods.  

  

Who we are looking for?  

- Associate Degree holder or above in HR Management, Business or equivalent 

- At least 4 years of related working experience 

- Experience working in a fast-paced,dynamic start-up a plus 

- Willing to learn new things, high level of integrity and possess a can-doattitude 

- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible 

- Competency in MS Office (Proficient in MS Excel)  

- immediate availability is highly preferred 

   What to do?  

- Report to the Founder and work closely with line management to understand theirbusiness needs on manpower planning and talent acquisition, provide appropriatehuman resources support proactively 

- Responsible for end to end staff recruitment and employment cycle, including job advertisementposting, interview conducting, offer making and contract preparation, salaryrecommendation and on boarding and induction process for new hires 

- Prepare and update various regular HR related reports in quality and timely manner 

- Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures, and provide support to employees in theinterpretation of HR policies and guideline 

- Support the employee mobility on work visa process 

- Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salaryreview and ad hoc projects 

- Assist in implementation of various HR initiatives, including employer branding,employee engagement programs, learning and development
