- 接聽熱線,處理客人查詢及投訴

- 即時替客戶查閱其保險帳戶狀況

- 向主管匯報特別狀況

- 完善工作環境及培訓

-良好晉升階梯

工作要求

- F.5/DSE 或以上學歷

- 一年或以上客戶服務相關經驗,保險銀行業優先

- 通過保險中介人資格IIQE 1,3 考試優先

- 熱誠,具良好溝通能力

- 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
