Job Responsibilities-Manage the assigned MPF scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements-Process the customers’ requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment-Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner-Assist in ad-hoc projectsJob Requirements-Form 7 & above-At least 3 years related working experience-Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills-Good communication skills in English & Chinese-Ability to work independently and under pressure-Good PC skills in MS Word & Excel. Candidate with skill in Access is preferable
