Job Responsibilities-Level 2 & 3 technical support to internal users-Regular on-site system health check, hardware and software maintenance-Technical support according business needs: email services, backup and security tools, servers, networks, PC systems, software, hardware and cloud application service-Liaise with internal team or external vendors/manufacturers to provide timely and quality IT solutions-Carry out troubleshooting, problem analysis and escalate whenever necessary on EUC incidents and service requests-Provide end-user training on office tools / applicationsJob Requirements-Degree Holder or above in Information System or a related discipline-3+ year in IT Helpdesk Support or relevant experience-Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Office O365, Azure AD, Exchange, Endpoint security, Patch Management, VoIP and network equipment-Experienced in Wireless Device management-Holder of ITIL, MSCE, CCNA is preferred-Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
