Purchaser & Online Admin (Beauty & Skin Care Online Shop)

Job Duties:

• Provide all-round sourcing supports

• Responsible for shipment arrangement and stock allocations;

• Assist in inventory control and stock transfer;

Responsibilities:

1. Reply customers enquiry In English.

2. Manage social media posts in English.

3. Create marketing campaigns on Google/Facebook and other social media platforms.

4. Come up with strategy or marketing campaigns to increase sales.

5. Photographic skill (create online posters and picture posts)

6. Pack orders

7. Upload new products to our website

8. Manage inventory

9. Able to make simple and short product videos

10. Look for new products

Requirements:

Degree Holder

Highly proficient in written English & Chinese

Minimum 2 years sourcing and purchasing experience;

We value ability over qualification. If you are not a degree holder but you think you are capable of performing the task, you are equally valuable to us.
