Engineer / Assistant Engineer (MVAC)

Job Description: 

You will assist in directing and co-ordinating day-to-day site activities to ensuresmooth and efficient operation.  

• To assist in site coordinate and supervision 
• To prepare drawing / technical documents / reports / submissions 
• To liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers in implementation of the projects 
• To assist Manager to supervise and monitor safety, quality and progress of site works 
• To ensure the workmanship and quality of site works are up to the required standard
• To attend ad-hoc duties wherever required 

Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services / BS / AC Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines 
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skill including but not limited to MVAC 
• 1-5 years relevant working experiences, proficient in Auto CAD software and BMS knowledge preferred 
• Knowledge in Ventilation is an advantage 
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, well-organized, self-motived, detail-minded, 
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills 
• Lack of experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
