Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to our guests
- Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking
- Greet all the guests pleasantly
- Handle walk in customers enquiry and seats arrangement
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant
- Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Director
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist of F&B industry preferred
- Good command of English and Putonghua is a must, fluent Cantonese, other languages are advantages
- Experience in handling mass walk in customers is surely an advantage
- Clear mindset and detail minded
