Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the daily department operation and word processing, including answering calls and solving inquiries from clients

-Work closely with overseas agents to handle air freight arrangements

-Follow up the sales and route orders of overseas agents

-Provide customer services, handle complaints and answer inquiries from clients

-Proactively update the shipment status to client

Requirements:

-Form 7 or above

-At least 1 year customer service working experience in air freight or logistics industry

-Fluent in Chinese, Mandarin and English

-Familiar with computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Have good interpersonal communication skills, independent and mature

-Applicants who able to start work IMMEDIATELY are preferred

Work location: Tsim Sha Tsui East
