Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include on-boarding and off-boarding related, monthly payroll calculations, staff records maintenance, benefit administration and staff relations
Plan, design, organize and evaluate full cycle training activities to support business development
Support Operation manager to design and organize leadership development programs
Responsible for regional entire new staff training program, managing the effectiveness of activities, deliver on board introduction
Perform recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, conducting interview
Provide guidance and support, such as employee grievance, under performance, disciplinary issues, work injury, policy interpretation, etc.
Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Diploma or above in HR Management or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in training, retail training experiences will be advance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Good in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
