財務經理

崗位職責:

1. 負責公司軟體服務專案人工成本核算，並審查和核實月度財務報表以確保準確性；

2. 準備財務分析和內部管理報表編制，負責季度、年度經營分析，並應對審計等其他工作；

3. 負責對外投資方案設計和監督具體投資計畫的執行；

4. 專案預算執行情況跟蹤，異常情況分析報告；

5. 協助公司和個人稅務合規任務；

6. 執行分配的任何臨時職責。

 

任職資格:

1、財務相關專業本科以上學歷；

2、中級會計職稱，五年以上財務工作經驗；

3、同行業及上市公司工作經驗優先，取得CPA證書或單科通過優先；

4、具備國內上市公司財務秘書經驗者優先；

5、精通財務軟體總賬系統、報表系統使用，根據業務特點進行賬務設置，報表取數公式設置；

6、優秀的時間管理、組織和溝通能力;

7、精通普通話和英語。

 

Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify accounting for the labor costs of the company's software service projects, and monthly financial statements to ensure the accuracy;

2. Prepares financial analysis and management reports, quarterly and annual business analysis, and respond to external audits;

3. Creates foreign investment plans, and supervises their implementation;

4. Routinely tracks the status of project budget and contract;

5. Assist in corporate and individual tax compliance assignments;

6. Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

1. Degree Holder in Finance & Accounting or equivalence；

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with intermediate accountant qualification is preferred；

3. Experience in the Financial Technology industry with CPA qualification is highly preferred; 

4. Experiences in handling secretarial duties for Chinese listed business is an advantage;

5. Proficient in the use of general ledger and financial reporting software, familiar with the technique of handling adjustments and figure selection formula;

6. Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills;

7. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
