Purchasing Clerk
Job Description:
· Handle all aspect of the purchase process including purchaseorders and delivery status;
· Collect and check vendors’ invoices for goods receive andpayment process;
· Cooperate and liaise closely with vendors and internaldepartments;
· Maintain and update the purchasing documents and database;
· Prepare various reports and documents;
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Secondary School with HKCEE Certificate / HKDSE Certificate;
· At least 1 year relevant experiences in purchasing;
· Knowledge in NAV is a plus;
· Familiar in computer operation with good MS Office applicationsand Chinese Wording Processing;
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to workindependently;
· Shift Duty: 7AM – 4PM / 9AM – 6PM;
· Immediate available is an advantage.
