Job Responsibility

  • Must process in-depth knowledge of employment, compensation, injury and equal opportunities ordinances
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Develop and Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company Lead company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal requirements
  • Implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 & OHSAS18001
  • Talent management, team building, conflict resolution, employee management, counselling and coaching

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in H.R. Administration and Management is a must
  • Minimum 8 years solid HR management role and rich in all round experiences in HR functions
  • Strong abilities in leadership, building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, quick to change direction and emergency preparedness, work prioritization, diplomacy in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Must be dynamic and vibrant exposure
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as employee motivation, problem and conflict solving, implementation of all ISO related disciplines
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese are a must

Remuneration
