工作職責: 

-負責安排接聽客戶的來電及回復郵件,為客戶提供諮詢和問答,保證客戶的滿意度;

-檢查客服的工作流程,確保服務品質;

-協助老師做好考勤清查、巡堂、外宣工作;

-負責安排客服專業知識的訓練及服務考核。 入職要求:

-F7及以上,有相關工作經驗者優先;

-積極樂觀,勤奮好學,有較強的工作和心理壓力承受力;

-工作認真負責,優良好的團隊合作能力。
