Accounts Assistant/ Clerk - Fresh Grad welcome

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable function for brands, daily processing of AP, from invoicing to payments, process employees claim in Reimbursement system
• Support monthly accounting accruals and journal entries
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliation, handle bank transactions
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare and facilitate monthly account reconciliations and optimize for further automation
• Assist in month-end closing processes, financial reporting, analysis reporting and other management reporting
• Comply with group policy and statutory requirement
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Min 1 years relevant working experience
• Hands on experience in Microsoft AX and Axapta is an advantage
• Self-motivated, be able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Stable, hardworking and a good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English in Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Immediate availability is preferred
