Position: Clinic Assistant /Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity.
Responsible for front desk customer services, administrative work and assisting daily clinic operation.
Customer appointments confirmation, follow up and attending phone enquiry.
Liase with suppliers and responsible for placing order of medications, daily office stationery and etc.
- Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

F.5 or above, Minimum 3 years’ of working experience
Customer service / worked at the hospitality business related experience will be an advantage
Mature, pleasant and with good communication skill
Fluent in English, Cantonese
Detailed-minded, well organized, hardworking and responsible
Well-versed in computer applications which includes internet, Ms Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
5.5 days work
