- Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations - Ensure company's compliance to all existing governmental and labour legal requirements
- Keep up to date on the abovementioned requirements
- Oversee/Administer employee interviews
- Devise strategies for employee performance evaluation, employee retention, staff development, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Organise team building events, conflict resolution, counselling and staff coaching
- Report to Admin HeadJob Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid HR supervisory experience
- Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
- Knowledge of employment ordinance, HR management and best practices
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
