Job Description:

  • Manage and supervise the retail operations of multiple stores to achieve long-term strategic and sales strategy;
  • Explore and identify new business / collaboration opportunities with marketing team;
  • Coach & motivate the retail sales team and frontline staff to achieve sales target;
  • Lead and communicate effectively with the sales team, responsible for team building, coaching, training and staff development;
  • Responsible for store KPI, operations budgets, provide regular forecasts, control spending, staff commission scheme and staff cost;
  • Develop seasonal / annual merchandise plans; forecast inventory needs in accordance with sales trends;
  • Coordinate with internal teams for new season launch arrangement in retail stores;
  • Hold sales meeting, report sales results and activities on timely basis;
  • Review and implement standard operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Review and analyze store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss;
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agencies, vendors for a smooth retail operation
  • Manage the installation of new store and renovations in close cooperation with internal team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any subject Business related subject preferred
  • Implementing retail operations strategies and business plans with proven ability to deliver sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong numerical sense, attention to detail with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and demanding work schedules
  • Strong ability of strategic decision-making ability, overall planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused, high sense of ownership
  • Energetic, passionate and committed
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability preferred
