(HALF TIME) Accounting Assistant


  • Communicate with branches to ensure smooth accounting operations
  • Manage daily general accounting duties including input invoices, filing and data entry
  • Maintain Inventory accuracy and system updating
  • Prepare month-end accounting report and other analysis report
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required


  • DSE or above with LCCI intermediate
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience(F&B or retail experience is an advantage)
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in ERP software is preferred(Knowledge of Multiable is an advantage)
  • Experience in POS software is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, detail-minded, independent, careful and responsible, well-organized and able to work under pressure
