工作職責：對於客戶的諮詢給予準確詳細的解答；協調處理各類客戶投訴，負責相關事件處理跟進；定期回訪新老客戶並匯總回訪結果彙報；
入職要求：有過同行業工作經驗者優先；性格開朗、樂觀，具有良好的團隊合作精神和良好的服務意識；能承受工作壓力，亦歡迎應屆畢業生申請；
工作地點：中環
上班時間：9am-6pm，週一至週五
