Responsibilities
- Design and perform experiment to evaluate the product performance;
- Prepare experiment protocols ;
- Design & trial for scaling-up the process;
- Collaborate with other research staffs on R&D work;
- Cooperate with industrial partners on R&D work;
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- MPhil graduate in Science related fields, candidate with microbiology, biochemistry and biotechnology background is highly preferrable;
- Experience in paint, varnishes and coating is a plus;
- Passionate and innovative;
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese & Mandarin;
- Able to work independently and teamwork.
