• 2年或以上花藝工作經驗
• 日常協助生產運作，製作各款花藝產品, 訂購花材, 控制成本
• 如有需要, 需外勤工作，部份體力勞動工作
• 主動合作、開朗有耐性，有責任感
• 如經驗較少者，可申請初級花藝師，協助團隊工作，提供在職培訓。
