Assistant Property Manager

(On-site) (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a sizable residential estate.
• Supervise the in-house and out-sourced workers and security to deliver a high-standard property management service to the residents.
• Manage and monitor contractors to carry out maintenance works, improvement works and defect rectification works.
• Resolve complaints and perform corrective actions in a professional manners.
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Deed of Mutual Covenant.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in property management, facilities management or a related discipline,
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property management.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented
• Immediately available will be highly preferred.
