Telemarketing Executive (Renewable Contract)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks high calibre telemarketing professionals to join the Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct regular outbound calls to promote HKTDC’s local exhibitions and online marketplace hktdc.com Sourcing;
• To handle inbound enquiries from customers on local exhibitions and hktdc.com Sourcing;
• To conduct ad-hoc calling exercises and render after-sales services and administrative support;
• To collect and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams;
• To manage our customer database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including updated contact details and follow-up actions required

 Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• Experience in telemarketing/ sales is preferred, with knowledge in exhibitions and E-commerce an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Contract until 31 Dec 2022 (Renewable subject to operational needs)
