Responsibilities

  • Base on the long tail inventory list by store, the lead works with district managers and merchandise planning manager on scheduling of inventory handling by store
  • The Lead requires to establish the SOP in order to streamline the handling procedure and confirmed ok by head of retail
  • Work with Merchandise planning team and warehouse on any logistics issue.
  • Supervise a team of 5 workforces on “inventory out/inventory in”
  • Follow up documentation such as inventory transfer and consolidation
  • Train the inventory coordinators on handling procedures

Requirement

  • Form 3 or above;
  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience;
  • Energetic, proactive, creative and innovative with strong dedication to result;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Immediate availability is an absolute advantage;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation Assistant;
  • Basic salary up to HK$20,000.
