  • Degree holder;
  • 6 years or above experience in all-rounded human resources and administration job duties;
  • Candidates with Officer title who have experience in supervising staff will also be considered;
  • Experienced working in Japanese company will be an advantage (not a must);
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong;
  • Provide all-rounded Human Resources functions e.g. recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and payroll execution;
  • Provide Human Resources support and advise in manpower planning and budgeting areas;
  • Review and update Human Resources and administration policies and procedures;
  • Handle immigration application for Japanese/ Foreign employees;
  • Able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English & Japanese (JLPT N2 or above, a MUST). 

Remarks: 

  • Monthly salary: HK$35-40K (Depends on experience/ skill);
  • 5-day work;
  • Co. background/ industry: a well-known Japanese co.;
  • Good fringe benefits including medical, etc.
