3-10 years experience in event management;
To assist in venue setup, simultaneous interpretation, audio-visual equipment, emcee, photo shooting, video recording;
To assist in invitation and follow-up on the guests from local, China and overseas countries;
To discuss and arrange with service provider on registration and webcasting platform, coordination and revamp of website/Facebook;
To follow up on procurement and logistical arrangement;
To assist in arrangements of visit and outdoor activities;
To assist in the arrangement of hotel accommodation, local transportation, purchase of air tickets, etc.;
To assist in arrangement of briefing, meetings, recces for event managers;
Proficiency in computer usage.
Remarks:
Monthly salary: Open to discuss (depends on experience skills);
5-day work;
Working location: Admiralty.
