What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Single point of contact for dedicated customers seeking technical assistance
- Carry out data center services according to customer requests
- Ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner with focus on providing a high level of support for customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to trouble shooting, equipment installation and upgrading
- Assist in administrative tasks such as information / record update
- Any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

- Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Shift duty 7x24 is required with allowance provided
- Fresh graduate are also welcome
