Responsibilities:
-Provide clerical and administrative support in Human Resources functions, including payroll preparation, administration
-Assisting in handling the recruitment progress, posting job, CV screenings, interview schedule arrangements, preparing employment-related documents and equipment.
-Co-ordinate and support company activities and events;
-Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration;
-Provide personal support to Management;
-Provide full spectrum HR administrative duties
-Assist in ad-hoc, Human Resource and Administrative projects
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
-Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

Requirements:
-1-2 years relevant experience in HR;
-Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point etc…);
-Proficiency in English;
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-A team player with high level of dedication

-協助制定人力資源管理及行政管理相關政策
-處理人事工作,包括招聘、人事紀錄、績效管理、薪酬計算、強積金供款及報稅等
-協助行政及文書工作,包括維修保養、保險、採購、檔案管理、撰寫書信、通告、會議紀錄及報告等
-協助人才資源職能日常運作,包括薪酬計算,假期申請,招聘聯絡等
-負責各類人事統計報告,協助人才資源資訊系統的管理
-組織員工活動及支援部門行政工作

要求:
-具1-2年或以上人力資源及行政管理經驗者優先;
-熟悉僱傭條例;
-良好的電腦機技能(MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point等)
-能運用英語;
-良好組織力並有獨立解決問題能力;
-優秀的溝通技巧;
-具有高度奉獻精神的團隊合作者
