Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Responsible for daily accounting functions
- Work with auditor to support auditing work
- Issue quotation, invoice and handle payment from customer
- Issue PO to supplier and settle payments to suppliers
- Perform general HR functions such as leave balance calculation, MPF submission and payroll calculation
- Course administration. Maintain course record, schedule teaching roaster, check teacher availability and maintain teaching calendar with up-to-date information
Requirements
- Proactive, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
- At least 3 years’ experience in office administration and accounting
- Possess high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
- LCCI Level 2 is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and Basic English
- Proficiency in using PC and Microsoft Office
