Responsibilities
1) Account Payable Opportunity
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Perform any other duties as required
2) Account Receivable Opportunity
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording Accounts Receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above
- 3 years or above working experience in finance and accounting
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office, especially MS Excel & Chinese Typing
- Co-operative , problem-solved mind set, patient and work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferable
