Data Governance Manager / Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead data governance, data warehouse and data marts development projects to drive the data strategy.
• Drive the data enablement of the data sources and ensure the smooth data flows and processes.
• Lead data discovery in data warehouse and develop business use cases from various data sources.
• Propose and implement the bank’s data policies and guidelines, and develop data standards.
• Develop best practices in the reporting & data analytics platforms for the management related initiatives.
• Drive the development of regular and ad-hoc management reports to facilitate business decision making processes.

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Information System, Finance, Business Admin, or a related discipline;
• 5 - 10 years' working experience of data warehouse management or data-related IT development in financial institutions;
• Strong knowledge in banking businesses & operations, data governance and data management;
• Strong in business communication and proficient in business presentation;
• Rich project management and business analysis experience, preferably with the working experience of establishing data standards and enforcing data operating models;
• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and willing to take up new responsibilities with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
