職責:
- 為顧客提供優質的購物體驗
- 與顧客建立和保持良好關係，並根據顧客對酒類和煙草的喜好提供個人化的購物體驗
- 協助及推動銷售計劃，提升店鋪銷售達至目標
- 解答及處理顧客的諮詢和投訴
- 協助店舖日常運作，提供良好舒適的購物環境
- 處理網上購物相關的職責
- 需協助處理行政工作
要求:
- 擁有中五或DSE以上學歷
- 須有1-2年顧客服務工作經驗，具備貴賓室、零售或處理顧客投訴經驗者優先考慮
- 良好廣東話、普通話及英語
- 對顧客服務充滿熱誠
- 良好人際關係， 積極主動，團體合作精神
- 願意輪班工作
