持牌旅行社，銷售本地及海外旅遊產品，代理海外租車品牌，同時兼營本地銷售業務。 

Licensed Travel Agent. Selling inbound/outbound travel
related products, sales agent of overseas car rental products. Also has local
retailing business. 

 

職位：客戶服務助理  

Position: Customer Services Assistant  

 

職責： 

應對處理海外自駕遊租車查詢、預訂及投訴等。 

與海外團隊合作溝通以解決相關投訴。 

銷售旅遊產品。 

一般辦公室工作。 

Handle inquiries and complaints from customer for overseas
self-drive car rental. 

Coordinate with overseas counterpart to settle complaints. 

Selling travel products. 

General office
administration work. 

 

資格： 

DSE或以上學歷。 

有良好責任感及以客戶服務為導向。 

良好英文及廣東話之口語及書寫能力，熟悉
MS Word, Excel。 

 

DSE or above. 

Good sense of responsibility and customer-service oriented 

Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficient
in MS Word, Excel 

 

報酬： 

Remuneration 

5天半工作, 銀行假期。 

5.5-day Work Week.
Bank holidays. 

三個月試用期，月薪 $13,000 – $14,000。 

$13,000 to $14,000
monthly salary with 3-month probation 

 

時間： 

星期一至星期五，上午八時四十五分至六時 

星期六 上午八時四十五分至下午一時 

Working hours: 

Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00
Saturday: 08:45 to 13:00
