Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, issue invoices & cheques, support operations and handle audit enquires.
- Ensure all invoices with appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
- Reconcile the supplier statements with corresponding records and follow up on any discrepancies
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline
- 0- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
