Accounts & Admin Assistant
(Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
Job Highlights
- 1 year’s office work experience is preferred but not a must
- Location: Wan Chai
- Presentable and courteous
- Five-day work week
Job Description
- Process all accounting postings and assist in full set of management accounts
- Handle bank fund flow
- Issue debit notes and invoices for the Company
- Manage Accounts Receivables & update of debit note register
- General administrative duties such as filings, simple correspondences, dispatching, handle re-direction mails, typist duties
- Update and handle pretty cash ledger control
- Organize files in office and warehouse
Requirements
- Full set of accounts knowledge is preferred
- Use of computer software Peachtree, Microsoft Office and Word Processing
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, initiative, hardworking and organized
- Good command of English
