職責：
- 負責監督地盤日常運作
- 組織編制工程施工進度計劃
- 估算項目工程費用成本
- 計劃管理、施工及技術質量，竣工交驗管理
- 安排工作及監督其工作及報告
- 處理工程相關行政文件，負責跟進及處理突發事件
- 協調和跟進地盤進度
-能獨立處理圖則及量度工程數量
-監控物資運用及確保地盤質安環等
學歷/經驗要求 :
· 良好粵語; 一般普通話;懂讀寫中文; 略懂英文, 識睇圖紙
- 持建築工程高級文憑或具同等學歷
- 具3年或以上泥水雲石裝修工作經驗
- 持有有效平安咭及工人註冊證
- 工作時間 : 星期一至六: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作6天,勞工假期
