Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR team when necessary
- Assist in resume screening and interview arrangement
- Maintain training record for the L&D department
- Consolidate information from different areas for the management
- Work with the team to organize Associate activities
Requirement
- A Degree with a major in Hospitality or Human Resources Development or related discipline
- Human Resources experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Ability to adapt and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about developing talent for our industry
- Positive, energetic and highly self-motivated
