RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Executive Chef / Head Chef for daily operation
  • Ensure the highest standard of product quality to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • Maintaining a clean environment ensuring the food quality, food safety and hygiene standards to be in line with the company’s requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid working experience in F&B/restaurant
  • Minimum 2-year relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry
  • Holder of Culinary School Diploma will be an advantage
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiency under pressure
  • Self-motived and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Commis
  • Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Working Location: Central / Admiralty / Wanchai / Sheung Wan / Mid-levels
