Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and assist Guest Services Manager on monitoring the guest services level
  • Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees
  • Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue
  • Handle guest complaints and emergency cases
  • To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests
