Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and assist Guest Services Manager on monitoring the guest services level
- Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees
- Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest complaints and emergency cases
- To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests
