Key responsibilities:

- Perform all rounded administrative duties to manage the operation of the office 

- Perform all necessary administrative support for the sales, engineering and HR team 

- Uphold a filing system for the payment records and other relevant documents 

- Distribute incoming and outgoing mails 

- Handling on-demand client & project documentations, and internal documentations 

- Responsible to support funding or other program application 

- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks 

 

Job Requirements:

- 3-5+ years of experience in the related fields 

- Holder of diploma or above (we welcome candidates from all streams) 

- Attention to details and able to solve problems independently 

- Possess strong coordination skills; able to multi-task and prioritize tasks 

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English 

- Proficient in MS Office 

- Immediate availability will be an advantage
