Post 1: IT Helpdesk Support Officer
- 1 year or above experience in IT support
- Provide daily technical support to internal end users on
networking, laptops, server and router problems - Perform PC software and hardware installation, setup,
backup, configuration, technical support, trouble-shooting and administration - Coordinate with vendors for acquiring new IT services, and
support on existing products - Knowledge in device encryption, VPN, and other system
related software - Shift duty (9am - 6pm / 2pm - 11pm) will be required
Post 2: IT Support – Digital Transformation
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Responsible for software & hardware management,
application & troubleshooting - Website content management
- Data analytics & visualization
- SOPs building and basic programming (Python)
- Training will be provided to candidates who is willing to
learn and transform digital performance
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: (1) Up to HK$25K + discretionary bonus ;
(2) HK$16-18K - 5-day work
- Working location: (1) Central; (2) Sheung Wan
