Job Description:
- To provide excellent service to our potential and existing clients by chat, call or email of designated market
- To develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve company’s business goal
- Assist clients in technical analysis, fundamentals, corporate actions, and other types of market events
- Coordinate with internal business units to ensure all client requests are completed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Business or similar
- 1-3 years of sales experience, FX market will be an advantage
- Able to work on a rotating shift
- Proficiency in both (written/verbal) English, and/or Russian, Indonesia, Japanese, Korean, Thai or any other European language
- Candidate with more, or less experience will be considered for other positions
- Hong Kong Resident is an advantage
- Visa sponsorship will be provided
