Job Description 
Responsibilities:  

  • To handle customer inquiries and service request through emails live chat, and phone calls
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint 
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, transfer to relevant departments 
  • Handle client’s data entry
  • Handle any ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above holder
  • 1 year of relevant customer service experience  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Fluency in English and /or other languages
  • Must be available to work rotating night / overnight shift
  • Fresh graduated is welcome
