- Be a storyteller who shares Drunk Elephant’s story, our vision & mission with our customer
- Promote brand story and Introduce brand’s uniqueness by showcasing concept of ‘Mixology’ and ‘Skin Is Skin’
- Educate the concept & benefit of Biocompatible Skincare - Present solutions from Drunk Elephant by listening to customer’s unique skin concerns proactively
- Have an authentic conversation with our customers by relaying your experiences with the brand & products
- Expand Drunk Elephant community by forming genuine connections with customers Spread the positive vibe to the surroundings
–including your team & your customersAchieve store’s sales goals & KPIs by working together with the team!
- Able to perform independently & collaborate well in a team (like our smoothies!! )
Hard skill
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Minimum 2 years working experience in beauty or fashion or lifestyle brand Excellence Communication & Interpersonal skills, enjoy working as a Team while still able to perform independently!
- Excellence customer service sense
