職責:
- 確保產品在質量和外觀上一致並符合公司標準
- 管理團隊的表現，提供在職培訓以提升技術技能
- 適時檢視食譜, 作出改良以迎合市場需求
- 依銷售需求管理庫存訂購和庫存水平
- 確保食品安全並保持廚房衛生, 確保達到公司要求
- 規劃和實施新產品開發項目 要求
- 8-10年烘焙生產, 其中3年擔任監督職位
- 有荀包, 菜肉包, 梅菜包經驗者優先考慮
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Word、Excel
- 積極和充滿活力的個性, 靈活, 具有團隊精神
- 需符合疫苗通行証之要求 - 能即時上班者優先
