Human Resources Assistant (12-Months Contract)

About The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Human Resources Assistant (12-Months Contract) to join our People & Culture team. 

The People & Culture team plays a strategically critical role in our company’s growth ambition --- working closely with our senior management to define the Prenetics culture and how we engage and support our talents.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Support compensation and benefits (i.e. payroll) across the HR spectrum
• Responsible for maintaining and handling accurate personnel records
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Assist in culture building activities where necessary
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by seniors
• Learn and gain deep operational experiences in the People & Culture function of a high growth company

What You Will Need to Succeed: 

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome (1-2 year of experiences in HR functions will be preferred)
• Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
• Willingness to learn and hunger to grow and deliver high quality work
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available will be an advantage
